All services will be provided as outlined in the client agreement or proposal specific to each project.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide all necessary information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.

• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline.

• Ensure they have the legal right to use all materials submitted (e.g., logos, images, text).

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and may incur additional fees.

3. Payments and Fees

• A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.

• Invoices must be paid on or before the due date. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

• Project cancellations by the client after work has started may result in partial or full charges based on the completed work.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Revisions and Scope

• Each service includes a specified number of revisions, as detailed in your project agreement.

• Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement will incur extra charges and may extend the timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.

• Revamp Digital Solutions LLC retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, websites, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All source files, licenses, and editable formats are retained by Revamp Digital Solutions unless expressly included in the project scope.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information (e.g., proprietary business strategies, client data) private and secure, and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revamp Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data;

• Delays caused by third-party platforms, vendors, or providers.

Our total liability for any claim relating to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

8. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., traffic increases, sales growth) as performance depends on many external factors.

• All digital platforms (e.g., websites, social media) are subject to third-party changes beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for user errors or security breaches after handoff unless covered under an ongoing maintenance agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. If terminated:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

• Revamp Digital Solutions reserves the right to retain or withhold work until payment is received.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
